In game credits not received fyber - Fyber Glu racing rivals

I play a game by GLU called racing rivals and take advantage of the special offers section powered by Fyber to obtain free in game gems. Sometimes they work but often they don't. Eg I had 11 tickets last week for offers that failed to deliver my rewards. Often these are online casino companies requiring debit card info and a deposit. Fyber require receipts for deposits but often the casino don't send 1. This means you cannot evidence the deposit to fybers satisfaction so you get nothing. I have tried to email Fyber to get a human response but every reply is automated. I have given personal, sensitive info out and expect my rewards especially where I've spent real money in the process. This is simply not acceptable and I am left out of pocket and frustrated.
